Q: Does Micro Center Technical Support provide assistance for products not purchased at Micro Center?
A: Yes. Micro Center Technical Support does provide service for non-Micro Center products, but there is a service fee charged for assistance. Customers who purchase products at Micro Center get free technical support for the first 90-days after purchase.

Q: How much is technical support?
A: Micro Center provides a variety of free resources to our customers including an online Tech Center, Technical Support Forum , Tech Support Blog , and Tech Demos. Plus, Micro Center customers get free technical support for the first 90-days after their purchase. Micro Center retail stores also offer free walk-in technical support to any customer during scheduled hours. If you require additional assistance, you can contact one of our technical support representatives using our Live Chat service or our phone number (for U.S. only). Your initial inquiry to technical support is at no charge, but you may have to pay a troubleshooting fee for comprehensive technical support. Rates vary depending on the nature of your call. Ask your technical support representative for details.

Q: When is Micro Center Technical Support open?
A: Micro Center Tech Support center is open Monday - Friday 9am - 12am Midnight, Saturday 10am - 12 Midnight, and Sunday 11am - 9pm EST. Micro Center does provide technical support at our retail locations during regularly scheduled store hours. Online resources are available 24/7 through our website – or from our Tech Center , Twitter, Facebook, Blog and YouTube pages.

Q: Do you offer technical support in Spanish?

A: Currently, Micro Center does not offer any foreign language technical support.

Q: What is Priority Care?

A: Starting December 2010, Micro Center is offering an exclusive technical support program at select stores across the U.S. This program provides members first-class support when they need help with their technical problems including a diagnostic CD, priority status when calling technical support and additional service at no extra cost. Q: Does Micro Center have a repair service?

A: Yes. All Micro Center store locations have an in-store repair Service Department. Micro Center will service most brands available at Micro Center stores and online. Q: Where do I go for a warranty issue with my product?

A: Micro Center provides support for any extended warranty purchased with one of our products. If your product still has a manufacturer warranty, consult your product’s user manual for more information.
